How to remove existing wireless network profile on Android&iPhone

For iPhone

Step 1 On your device home screen, tap Settings and select WLAN.

The available networks will display on the Wi-Fi list. Select the one you would like to forget, then click the Info icon.

Step 2 Click on “Forget This Network”.

On existing Wi-Fi detail page, click "Forget This Network".

Step 3 It will pop up a window to confirm the request, please choose “Forget”.

For Android

Step 1 On your device, go to Settings and select Wi-Fi.

The available networks will display on the Wi-Fi list. Select the one you would like to forget, then click the Info icon.

Click Info icon for specific Wi-Fi details.

Step 2 Click on “Remove this network”.

Step 3 It will pop up a window to confirm the request, please choose “Remove”.
