Program Overview
What is the Pioneer Program?
Omada is hand-selecting up to 60 networking professionals to deploy the new Fusion Pro and NVR kit in real environments and share deployment feedback directly with our product team.
This is a working partnership — not a beta, not a giveaway. Pioneers are expected to actively deploy, evaluate, and share their experience with the Omada team over approximately 60 days.

Detailed answers are a key part of our review. They help us understand your experience, deployment environment, and which Pioneer Kit may be the best fit.
Pioneer Commitments:
- Join Discord within 3 days of receiving the kit.
- Complete the initial deployment within 7 days of receiving the kit.
- Share deployment progress, setup details, and blockers with the team.
- Provide product feedback and cooperate with the team.
- Use the system in the deployed environment for approximately 60 days.
- Share your honest take — positive, negative, and critical — if you choose to publicly share your thoughts about the product. However, please clearly disclose that the product was provided by Omada.
- Return the kit afterward, unless you choose to purchase the kit.

FAQs
What happens to the kit after the program? 
At the end of the program, you can return it with prepaid shipping—or keep it for 50% off.
How are Pioneers selected?
We prioritize practical experience in networking and surveillance, seeking people who directly deploy and manage these systems, along with strong deployment fit, high quality applications, and relevant community involvement.
Is the Pioneer Program available outside the U.S.?
U.S.-based applicants are our primary focus, but strong candidates from other countries may also be considered.
How will I know if I've been selected?
Every applicant gets an email either way, so you'll hear from us whether or not you're selected.
Can I choose my kit?
Not directly—you apply once, and Omada matches a kit to your site, camera count, storage needs, and network requirements.
How long does the program last?
Once your kit arrives, you'll have about 60 days to deploy it, test it in your environment, and share your feedback.
Will I need to sign an NDA?
No—there's no NDA for the Pioneer Program.
Am I required to share a public review, or to make it positive?
Neither. Public sharing is encouraged but never required, and we never ask for a positive review—we want your real experience, including what doesn't work or could be better. If you do post publicly, just disclose that Omada provided the equipment.

- Participation in the Omada Pioneer Program is subject to eligibility, availability, and selection by TP-Link. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program or receipt of any specific Pioneer Kit.
- TP-Link reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine participant eligibility and selection, assign Pioneer Kits, limit the number of participants, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its benefits, requirements, timelines, or terms at any time.
